HISTORY
Top Hat Productions has been serving Simi Valley for 24 years. We started by provided disc jockey services back in 1984 and soon after became a full service party rental and event service company, which is why many of our customers know us as Top Hat Party Rentals.
We were the first company to bring quality inflatables (Sky Jumpers) and great customer service to Simi Valley. Before Top Hat Party Rentals, there were a couple companies providing (jolly jumpers, moon bounces, etc…) to our area. Then Top Hat Party Rentals introduced a line of high quality, uniquely styled jumpers called “Sky Jumpers”. Soon after, many smaller companies tried to enter the jumper rental business; however none of them could compete with our variety of products and services and our outstanding customer service and dependability.
We were the first to offer basketball hoops in our jumpers, free inflatable basketballs, a foul weather guarantee, courtesy confirmation calls, guaranteed on time deliveries and on site sanitizing.
FOUL WEATHER GUARANTEE 
Top Hat Party Rentals pioneered the “Foul Weather Guarantee” for the jumper rental business. Basically, if you make a reservation you can forget about any weather concerns until the morning of your party. Even if the weather reports call for a 100% chance of rain on the day of your party, you can still keep your reservation. Our staff will contact you the morning of your party. If there is a strong likelihood of rain or high winds then we will cancel your reservation at no charge. We will even offer you a discount if you are willing to postpone your event. If the weather forecast is questionable, then we can delay your delivery and wait to see what happens or you can keep your reservation and we will deliver your equipment. If the weather turns foul after the delivery is complete our staff will have to pick up your equipment early and unfortunately there are no refunds offered at that time. Most of our jumpers are safe when set up in an occasional drizzle or light wind however, anytime the weather poses a risk we must act on the side of caution. It is always our pledge to act in the interest of the safety of you and your party guests.
BASKETBALL HOOPS AND BALLS
When Top Hat Party Rentals began to offer Sky Jumpers as part of our rental program we knew that most people were tired of the same old jumpers, so we had all of our jumpers custom made with inflated basketball hoops inside. Most of our basic jumpers and combo units all come equipped with these basketball hoops. This feature turns a basic jumper into a combo unit and a great activity for the kids. Teens can play basketball inside and little kids can have slam dunk contests. We even give you a couple free inflatable (beach ball type) basketballs so you don’t have to provide a thing. Many of our competitors have tried to copy this extra service yet none of them have even come close.
- We use only the safest jumpers manufactured in the industry
- All of our inflatables are equipped with safety steps, exit barriers and escape hatches
- Every inflatable is cleaned after each use and sanitized on site with our trademark kid friendly and safe “Flavored Sanitizers”. Even a clean jumper from another company will smell musty. This is because the jumpers are made of vinyl that retains moisture when they are rolled and stored
- If your jumper was rented the day before your party we will vacuum and clean it on site
- All of our equipment is maintained regularly and most are replaced after three years to insure the best looking and safe operating equipment
- Our UL approved blowers are very quiet and cost only pennies to operate
- All of our employees are trained and certified to provide you with a fun and safe rental experience
- All inflatables are anchored properly, whether they are on soft or hard surfaces. Most injuries with inflatables are the result of them not being anchored properly. We don’t use “tent stakes” which can damage your sprinklers.
- Our WATERSLIDES shower and circulate the water, unlike some that use a “pool” which can collect dirt and bacteria
- All of our WATERSLIDES are treated at our facility before and after each WET rental to prevent mildew and bacteria from harming your children
- Most of our slides are fully enclosed to help prevent injury
SERVICE AND PRICE
- We will provide everything needed for your equipment rental, you only need to provide the space to set it up, then relax and let us do the work
- Every customer will receive a confirmation call in the days prior to their event and our courtesy call when the delivery is on the way
- If your party is at a park, we won’t leave you waiting, with our guaranteed delivery schedule
- We only carry “Licensed Products”. Don’t disappoint your kids with “Sponge Dude” or “Mora the Explorer” get the real thing from Top Hat Party Rentals.
- Our delivery area for private party rentals includes all cities from the north and west San Fernando Valley to Camarillo and from Fillmore to Malibu.
- Our delivery area for special events includes all of Southern California and in many cases the entire Southwest
- We offer the best pricing, more discounts, and special packages and if that’s not enough, we will price match any of our competitor’s & take all coupons
- All of our rentals are for a full day and contain NO HIDDEN CHARGES
